Shipping Policy

All orders enjoy free* shipping! 

All Innergetic Indigo products are uniquely handcrafted. Please note, and plan accordingly prior to purchase, current order processing times (this is the time required to prepare your order BEFORE it ships) on herb blends is 2-3 weeks; on intentional oils is 6-8 weeks, on reading 3-4 weeks; other products ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping days are Tuesday + Thursday. 

However, due to ongoing global & local supply chain issues, our ability to meet this specific timeline may be hindered. In those few cases, we will ship as soon as we are able to do so. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these uncertain days. 

USPS tracking information on all orders will be sent via email (to the email address provided upon checkout) at the time of shipping.

Innergetic Indigo ships products within the United States of America ONLY.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all canceled orders.

Your purchase from innergeticindigo.com validates the following shipping agreements:

  • Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.
  • Customer agrees not to hold Innergetic Indigo responsible for a package that is lost or damaged by USPS.
  • Customer agrees Innergetic Indigo is not responsible for any package that is stolen from the customer’s address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged by USPS as we closely follow USPS shipping & packaging standards which ensure your items make their journey to you safely. Once a package leaves our hands, its fate is out of our control.
  • You as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS if your purchase/package has been damaged or lost.
  • If your package is lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), you agree Innergetic Indigo will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,”  which indicates USPS successfully delivered the package to the specified address.
  • International customers, you are agreeing that your purchase/package does not come with insurance and tracking (beyond the US Border) and NO refunds will be issued due to damage, customs seizure, or loss.
  • All customers, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State’s/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.
  • International customers are responsible for paying any import taxes owed.
  • NO returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made after an order has been shipped.
